The school consists of three decision-making bodies: the Board of Trustees, the College of Teachers, and the Administration.  Each body is responsible for fulfilling its role and accountable to the entire institution.  As a 501(c)3, the school's Board ensures that the school serves the community.  The governance is shared by the College and Board, and the Administration carries out the policies developed by these two bodies.  Committees may be mandated by the College or Board for specific tasks and/or oversight of ongoing or short term work.
