HURRY, SPOTS ARE FILLING UP QUICKLY, PLEASE APPLY ASAP TO ENSURE A SPACE FOR YOUR CHILD.
Please follow the directions closely to apply for Preschool (3-4 year olds) or Kindergarten (4-6 year olds).
- Contact Mary Beaton, Admissions Assistant, (503.654.2200 ext 209). A visit to the school allows parents to experience the curriculum and facilities first hand as well as engage in a conversation about Waldorf Education.
- Pay the $52 non-refundable application fee through PayPal (see below).
OR
Mail the non-refundable $50 application fee (PreK or K) or $100 Enrollment Fee (Parent Child) to Portland Waldorf School, 2300 SE Harrison Street, Milwaukie OR 97222 attention Mary - Download and provide your current teacher with this confidential teacher recommendation form (if applicable).
Once the teacher has received the application, they will be in touch to coordinate a conveninent time for you and your family to visit the school for an interview.
The interview allows the teacher to become acquainted with your family and the parents to ask questions. After the child's acceptance into Portland Waldorf School, you will meet with a representative of the school to complete the enrollment & tuition contract, immunization and parent involvement form.All forms must be completed and your fees and tuition deposit ($500) must be paid before your child/ren may attend class.Upon enrolling you will receive a Parent Handbook & Directory, parking sticker and school event calendar.
