9th Grade 

We ask that prospective students shadow prior to applying to 9th grade.Contact Kelly Chappie, Admissions Coordinator, (503.654.2200 ext 207) to arrange this.

  1. Download the Application (in addition to completing the online application in step 3) and complete it, along with two years of grades. PWS and CWS students are exempt from the 2 years of reports.
    Please make sure to share the confidential recommendation form to your teacher.
  2. Pay $52.00 non-refundable (per student) application fee through PayPal (see below).
    OR
    Mail the non-refundable $50 application fee  (per student) along with two years of grades, if applicable, to Portland Waldorf School, 2300 SE Harrison Street, Milwaukie OR 97222 along with two years of your child's grades.
  3. Complete the (PWS exempt)  Online Application.
  4. Coordinate the shadow with Kelly Chappie, Admissions Coordinator.

10th Grade through 12th Grade

In order for a visit to occur, we must have a completed application.Contact Kelly Chappie, Admissions Coordinator, (503.654.2200 ext 207) with questions.

  1. Download the Application (in addition to completing the online application in step 3) and complete it, along with two years of records.
  2. Download and provide teachers Confidential Recommendation Form and Teacher Recommendation Form-to be mailed or faxed in by teacher.
  3. Pay $52.00 non-refundable (per student) application fee through PayPal (see below).
    OR
    Mail the non-refundable $50 application fee  (per student) along with two years of grades, if applicable, to Portland Waldorf School, 2300 SE Harrison Street, Milwaukie OR 97222 along with two years of your child's grades.

Student names/s

After the child's acceptance into Portland Waldorf School, you will meet with a representative of the school to complete the enrollment & tuition contract, immunization form, parent involvement form, and tuition adjustment form (if applicable).  

All forms must be completed and your fees and tuition deposit must be paid before your child/ren may attend class.Upon enrolling you will receive a Parent Handbook & Directory, parking sticker and school event calendar.
