- Contact Mary our Admissions Assistant, (503.654.2200 ext 209) to request a tour. A visit to the school allows parents to experience the curriculum and facilities first hand as well as engage in a conversation about Waldorf Education.
- Pay $52.00 non-refundable (per student) application fee through PayPal (see below).
OR
Mail the non-refundable $50 application fee (per student) along with two years of grades, if applicable, to Portland Waldorf School, 2300 SE Harrison Street, Milwaukie OR 97222 along with two years of your child's grades. - Complete the Grades online application form. Just one per household is needed.

Upon receipt of the application, the Class Teacher will contact you to schedule a three day shadow for the student and an interview with the parents. The interview allows the teacher to become acquainted with the family and the parents to ask questions.
After the child's acceptance into Portland Waldorf School, you will meet with a representative of the school to complete the enrollment & tuition contract, immunization form, parent involvement form, and tuition adjustment form (if applicable).
All forms must be completed and your fees and tuition deposit ($500) must be paid before your child/ren may attend class.Upon enrolling you will receive a Parent Handbook & Directory, parking sticker and school event calendar.
