FAMILY INTERVIEW:  After we have received a complete application (all three pieces), one of our teachers will contact you to schedule a family interview.  This meeting allows the teacher to become acquainted with your family and parents and students to ask questions about the class and school.

CLASS VISIT: Following the family interview (sometimes preceding it), a prospective grades or high-school student may be invited to shadow with the class for one to three days.

CONTRACT SIGNING: After a student is accepted, a representative from our Administrative Office will contact you to complete the enrollment process through TADS (our online Tuition & Contract Management service).

TUITION ASSISTANCE:  Detailed instructions about tuition assistance may be found here.

If you have any questions about our application process, please contact Mary Beaton in the Enrollment Office at 503-654-2200, x209 or mary.beaton(at)portlandwaldorf.org.
