Process, Policies & Deadlines
STEP 1A: For new families, please submit the Online Admissions Application. For returning families, please continue to Step 1B.
STEP 1B: To apply for an TA, each household responsible for children applying for assistance must apply to TADS to verify the Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) before the TA committee can determine the final tuition amount for the school year. You may begin the TA process before enrolling at PWS. Please keep in mind that the tuition-payment agreement must be signed, and enrollment fee & tuition deposit paid, before children may attend.
Deadline: The TA application and required documents must be submitted in TADS by February 7th. Applications not received by February 7th will be considered at a later date and we cannot promise that funds will be available.
STEP 2: Once TADS has verified your Adjusted Gross Income, the TA committee will review all applications for assistance, and you will receive an email notification to visit TADS and view the award for each student in the application. You must sign the tuition-payment agreement in TADS to accept the award and complete the enrollment process.
Deadline: All tuition-payment agreements must be signed to complete enrollment by April 8th. For new families, the tuition-payment agreement must be signed 2 weeks (14 days) after you are notified of the new tuition-payment agreement.
NOTE: If this deadline is not met, your TA award will be forfeited.
Tuition payments for 2014-15 begin in June, and you can select monthly payment day in TADS.
