Parents are involved in every aspect of the school.  In addition to being parents of students, they serve as board members, faculty, staff, school committee members, classroom coordinators, and Parent Council representatives.  Their involvement with committees and Parent Council helps ensure that teachers have adequate support and that events, festivals, and fundraisers run smoothly.  

Traditionally, parents have made up at least half of the Board of Trustees and are involved in making important decisions for the school.  We encourage parent involvement and support it through the work of our Parent Concil, who helps to facilitate a positive and valuable experience and also makes sure that we express gratitude and appreciation for work accomplished.
