Since our first kindergarten opened in 1982, through the purchase and move into our permanent home in 2002, to today, the Portland Waldorf School has provided a vibrant community where our children learn, grow and thrive. Portland Waldorf School is unique due to its longevity, fullness of programs, and high school offerings. We are an educational resource as well as a community of committed teachers, staff, parents, students, and alumni that we all celebrate. We cherish our history and we have a vision for a wonderful future.
Like every non-profit, especially in the current economic climate, PWS needs the philanthropic support of the people who care about our programs and our school. And like every private school, tuition alone does not support everything we need and want to do to educate all of our children at PWS.
Our hope is that everyone who is part of our Portland Waldorf School family, whether you are a current family, alumni family, grandparent, friend of the school, or alumni, will consider a generous gift to our school. Our community of caring people can help Portland Waldorf School achieve the health and vibrancy we need to move forward and grow. Please consider a gift to our Annual Support Campaign or participating in our annual Spring Gala Benefit & Auction
